Before you come in
Know exactly what to bring
Tell us what kind of appointment you have and we will show you the list that actually applies to you. Tick things off as you gather them, then print it or take it with you.
Nothing you tick is sent anywhere. The list stays in your own browser, because a record of which tax documents you do and do not have is nobody else's business.

The wall by the door
A few of these are the real place. The doors really are that teal. The rest are stand-ins until somebody walks around the office with a camera, which should tell you how new this website is.

Who you will be working with
A small office, run by one specific person
A small, independent tax and accounting office on Bardstown Road, led by Belinda Pinotti, an Enrolled Agent admitted to practice before the IRS. She personally handles every return, listens first, and catches what the chains and the software miss.
We take the work seriously. The office, less so. There is coffee, and somebody will explain your return in plain language before anything gets filed.

Hours not yet confirmed by the office. Extended hours and weekend appointments during tax season (roughly late January through April). Year-round service by appointment.

Parking
We have not written up the parking situation for this website yet, and we would rather say that than guess. Call the office before you come and we will tell you exactly where to put the car.
Accessibility
The step-free access, door widths, and restroom details for this building have not been documented here yet, and guessing about that is not fair to anyone relying on it. Please call and ask, and tell us what you need. If getting inside is difficult, say so, and we will work something out.
Appointments
Appointments are preferred so you get Belinda's full attention. Walk-ins are welcome when the office is open, but you may have a wait during tax season.
Policy to be confirmed by the office
If you are running late, or the weather turned, or something came up, just call. Nobody here is going to be annoyed with you. We would much rather move an appointment than have you rush.
