Getting in the door
We have not written up the parking situation for this website yet, and we would rather say that than guess. Call the office before you come and we will tell you exactly where to put the car.
The step-free access, door widths, and restroom details for this building have not been documented here yet, and guessing about that is not fair to anyone relying on it. Please call and ask, and tell us what you need. If getting inside is difficult, say so, and we will work something out.
Appointments are preferred so you get Belinda's full attention. Walk-ins are welcome when the office is open, but you may have a wait during tax season.
Policy to be confirmed by the office
If you are running late, or the weather turned, or something came up, just call. Nobody here is going to be annoyed with you. We would much rather move an appointment than have you rush.
Getting to the office
We are at 1705 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40205. Near the corner of Bardstown Road and Eastern Parkway.
Bardstown Road is busy, and the building is easy to drive past the first time. If you are coming for a first appointment, give yourself a few extra minutes, or call when you are close and we will talk you in.
If getting into the building is going to be difficult for you, call ahead and say so. We will work something out. That is not a special favor, it is just how this should work.

These are not the same thing, and the difference matters when the subject is your tax paperwork.
Call the office
Fastest, and the only one where you can talk something through. Best for anything time sensitive, anything confusing, and anything involving a letter you just opened.
The form below
Fine for a general question, an introduction, or asking about an appointment. It is an ordinary web form on an ordinary website. Treat it like a postcard.

Write to the office
A sentence or two is plenty. We answer during business hours, usually within a day or two.
If a deadline is close, or you have received a notice with a response date on it, please call rather than using this form. Messages are not monitored around the clock, and a notice with a short window is exactly the wrong thing to leave sitting in an inbox.
