How to get documents to the office
A reminder about the approved ways to send us your paperwork, and why we ask you not to email tax documents.
This is sample content. It shows what a real update looks like and is excluded from search indexing. Replace it in lib/updates.ts before launch.
Regular email is not a safe place for tax documents. It passes through servers nobody in this office controls, it sits in inboxes for years, and it is one forwarded message away from somewhere you did not intend. We would rather be a little inconvenient than casual about it.
Approved ways to get documents to us
- Bring them to your appointment. This is always fine and often fastest.
- Drop them off at the office during business hours.
- Use the office's secure upload method. Call and we will walk you through it.
If you are not sure whether something is sensitive, treat it as if it is, and call the office. We are happy to talk it through.
Questions about this? Call the office at (502) 420-1040. Please do not reply with tax documents or account numbers.
