Coming in with your paperwork together is the single biggest thing that makes an appointment go quickly. Pick the kind of appointment you have and we will show you what to gather.

No surprises, so you can stop wondering about it.
You will not be rushed
We book real time for each appointment. Bring your questions, including the ones you think are silly. Those are usually the good ones.
We go through it together
We look at what you brought, ask about anything that changed this year, and tell you plainly if something is missing. Missing something is normal and fixable.
Nothing gets filed until you understand it
You will hear what the return says and what it means before anything is submitted. If something is not clear, say so and we will go again.
If you are missing something, come anyway. If you are behind on past years, come anyway. If your records are in a grocery bag, come anyway. Nobody here is going to make you feel bad about it, and we have genuinely seen worse.
